2020, A Powerful Year

2020 has been one of the most potent years of our lives, full of distractions and noise. And even though this, for me, the word that holds the most weight is an embrace. 

We’ve been fighting the same battle. One we’ve avoided for so long. This internal battle of us asking ourselves, “Is this truly for me? Is this for the part of me that I won’t let speak?”

That voice. It embraces the change. It embraces frustration. It encompasses the good that we didn’t realize was good around us.

There’s always been a part of me that I never fully embraced. A portion of me that wasn’t in. That part of me is my love for being in the outdoors. Not just hiking vast mountain peaks and valleys but embracing this ultimately it’s beauty. 

All in all, I want to say this. Listen for that voice speaking inside of you. It’s calling you, pushing you as hard as it can to your future self. And it’s allowing you to be creative, be unique, be unafraid, and, most importantly, embrace what’s ahead.
